We provide written notice of intent to demolish to the Georgia Environmental Protection Division in accordance with the EPD regulations with a copy preparted for the owner and/or project manager.  This notice typically requires a 10-business day notification period, per the EPD.  This notification is required for both residential and commercial projects.
